Customized hook & loop solutions for the automotive
Hook and loop closures are used extensively in the automotive industry. Think of securing carpets, modules, anti rallte velt, cables, seats, and individual components such as fire extinguishers, medical kits and spare wheels.
Hook and loop brings many advantages when attaching seat cover to car seats. Hoook® fasteners for seats offer strong adhesion and more seating comfort; the seat covers are also easier to recycle and because the attachment of the hook and loop connection is integrated in the production process, production is accelerated and costs are saved. Hoook meets the high standards and requirements, such as FMVSS 302 for fire resistance. We deliver to various car manufacturers worldwide. In addition to the automotive industry, we also supply our products to truck manufacturers.
Customized hook & loop solutions for the aerospace
For aviation we supply items for seats, carpets, module fixation and insulation cloths. Next to standard FR polyamide products, we can also deliver PPS, Nomex and other special products for extreme fire resistance.
A relatively new application is the use of Hook and Loop for the attachment of carpets in aircrafts. Hook and loop systems offer many advantages compared to attaching with glue. The carpet can be easily removed and then cleaned or refurbished. We also supply hook and looptape for insulation blankets which are attached in the frame between the inside and outside of the aircraft. All Hoook® products meet the strict requirements and standards that are set in aerospace. Where required, our products fully meet all FAR 25,853 standards.
Customized hook & loop solutions for trains
In trains we offer hook and loop solutions for seats, carpets and module fixation. New is the attachment of carpets with hook and loop instead of glue. Hoook® fasteners offer many advantages over glue. It is easy to remove for cleaning or for recycling. In addition, the instalment of the carpet with hook and loop fasteners is easier and faster, which saves costs and time during the installation process.
All types of modules in trains can also be easily attached to the frame of the train. Our heavy duty product range is mostly used for this type of application. Hoook products meet the high standards and requirements, such as ISO 45545 that are set in the train industry.
